About the project
Since 2004 Archivarius has handled company documents: archiving, storage, scanning, electronic archives and secure destruction. The site had to turn a complex B2B catalogue into a clear path to a request.

Challenge
There are many services, and clients struggle to tell which one they need and what it costs.
- 15 service lines and dozens of sub-services — easy to get lost
- Prices depend on volume, and clients fear a surprise bill
- Clients come for different reasons: a move, liquidation, an audit
- The request has to land before the client leaves for a competitor
Solution
We organised the catalogue into a clear structure, showed prices up front and made a request reachable from any screen.
- A catalogue of 15 service lines with a page for each service
- “From” prices on the first screen and a full price list
- Flows for real situations: moving an archive, liquidation, electronic archive, on-site visit
- Online request and callback in the header, on the home page and on every service page
