nursdev is a team of designers and engineers who believe quality shows in the details.
Principles
Meaning before form
First we understand what the site must do for the business. Beauty without a job is decoration.
One team
Designers and engineers work side by side from day one. Ideas don't get lost on the way to code.
Fewer projects, more attention
We deliberately limit the number of clients so senior people lead every project.
Transparency
Access to tasks, designs and staging from week one. You see the work, not reports about it.
How work is organised
Every project has a producer — your single point of contact. We demo progress weekly and update status daily. Decisions are written down, so six months later it's clear why things were done the way they were.
