About the project
Topskin Beauty is a smart skincare assistant. You take a selfie, AI assesses your skin, picks products with an ingredient check and shows how results change over time. Products can be bought right away with delivery across Kazakhstan.

Challenge
Choosing skincare is hard, and in-store advice often sells rather than helps.
- A cosmetologist visit is expensive and not always available
- Shoppers can't read ingredient lists and waste money on the wrong products
- There's no way to see whether a routine actually works
- It has to feel equally good on iPhone, Android and the web
Solution
We built the whole product — from photo analysis to checkout — and tied it into one clear flow: diagnosis, matching, report.
- Computer vision reads a selfie across five facial zones and eight skin parameters
- A matching engine checks formula compatibility, allergens and ingredient conflicts
- An AI cosmetologist in chat remembers every analysis and explains results plainly
- Analysis history shows progress: you can see when it's time to switch products
